iPhone is here!

I got my iPhone yesterday and it is amazing. I am going to test it out for 1 week and have a small review up by then.

Little Brown Box

So I went to the Apple store today and there was an employee in the Pasadena store who had a box that was small in size and it said ships on Sunday 29th. This was written on red tape. The box was about 9X4 in. The employee next to him said “put that away,” and he walked into the backroom with it. I could not get a picture, but I will be here all night waiting for it. The box probably had the iPhone box in it and was going to be shipped. Either that or it was delivered. Here are some pictures that I took, at an AT&T and Apple store.

These iPhones are being set up all over the country. There will be a huge display, and a smaller kiosk in which you will be able to interact with the phone. Here is a picture of the smaller kiosk. Pictures of the large display can be found here.

Go check out the new pictures on Apple’s site one of the icons on the screen is indeed YouTube! What more needs to be said, Apple is the best!

Jawbone is a wireless headset for iPhone. It uses Bluetooth technology to connect with your phone and allows you to talk though it. This is a special headset, because it has something called noise shield. This allows you to have a normal conversation in a noisy area and none of that noise gets through the speaker. It uses special bone conduction technology to get your voice and not the outside noise. It will be going on sale at Apple stores alongside the iPhone on the 29th. Check it out here at Jawbone.com

Apple has increased the battery life of their device allowing for some amazing specs. Also Apple replaced the old plastic screen on the phone and installed a glass one. This allows for scratch resistance and better visual clarity. Good job Apple. The Specs can be located at Apple.com. They are also available after the break. Continue Reading »

Over at Everythingiphone.com there is currently a rep for Apple/AT&T. His name is kolizion. If you have any questions ask him now, he knows a lot of answers. Like SIM and DATA stuff! Exciting!

Do this so that you can be ready once the iPhone hits shelves on the 29th. I won’t go into detail, but Apple has a new service which allows for an employee to shop with you at anytime no matter how busy. This would come in handy, not to get the iPhone, but to understand the services that you will be paying for. Someone will be able to help you on release day with all of your questions, while others are rushed through the door. It’s very convenient. I’m signing up right at the break of day today..err…tomorrow so I will have a spot on the 29th. Here is some info from their site. Sign up here. Continue Reading »

Someone took a picture of a man using an iPhone. The iPhone was sighted on the CalTrain commute. It’s a wonder that this man didn’t get mugged, considering the fortune this thing would snatch on eBay. All we know at this moment is that it is an iPhone. We don’t know who the man was that was using it or how he got it. The camera man confirmed the sighting by saying, “the man made gestures and hand movements through his iTunes library just as Steve Demonstrated at the Macworld Keynote.” I just wish I was the man with the iPhone. Sigh…

With the iPhone coming out in a couple of weeks, people are starting to get anxious. Surely as June comes closer the intensity of this feeling will rise. Here are some tips that you should follow in order to survive the craze that will come shortly prior to the release of the iPhone. I used some information from Devron’s site, on surviving the Wii, Ps3 release. This guide will not be as long as his, because frankly don’t have the time. Anyways, using the insight that I received from this article, I composed this in preparation for June. Since there is no way to preorder this phone, there are only limited amounts. Here are some things you should do when and before you go to camp out. First let’s get started with a list of some stuff you may want to consider bringing to your camping spot if you have them:

  • A DS to pass the time
  • An iPod to let people know you like Apple products
